Local-first agent orchestration

One router. Three engines. Zero handoff.

A router agent reads the repo, freezes the contract, then delegates. Claude, Codex and OpenCode build in parallel over a local A2A tunnel — your machine, your keys, one branch each.

01 — The engines

Routed by capability.

No model wins every task. The router reads the work and hands it to the engine that owns the capability — deep reasoning, precise implementation, or a provider you already pay for. Pick one. The page takes its colour.

02 — The orbit

They work while you don't.

Spawn a worker per domain and they run autonomously, in parallel. The lights go down on the studio and the engines keep turning around the router — long after you have stopped watching.

03 — The A2A tunnel

Your scroll is the traffic.

The shells go ghost and the packets show through: real messages moving router to engine and back. Throughput is a simulation, not a loop — the core flares under load and settles on its own when you stop. Scroll hard and watch it burn.

04 — Worktrees

Parallel. Never colliding.

Every worker gets its own git worktree. Watch them separate — the same objects you have been orbiting, pulled apart onto their own branches, then reviewed and merged back by the router. They never touch each other's files.

01

Router first

The lead agent reads the code and freezes the contract before anyone writes a line.

02

Three engines

Claude, Codex, OpenCode. Routed by capability, not by coin flip.

03

Worktree isolation

Every worker on its own branch. Reviewed, then merged. No blind merges.

04

Runs local

Your machine, your repo, your keys. The tunnel never leaves the box.
